In fact, per the Edelman research group, we are experiencing a loss of trust globally across the board in business, government, media, and NGOs. Join this workshop to learn how we perceive trust and more intentionally build trust and transparency in our roles as leaders. We’ll discuss how intention and communicating intention plays an important role in trust. We’ll explore how we can leverage our strengths to build, grow, and repair trust. We’ll also explore some possible patterns that may be getting in the way of building trust in our organizations and within our relationships. Come prepared to do some work on yourself as you explore hands-on, actionable ways to grow trust in your world.
